Instructions: How to Apply Online

Online application process for Sunbeam Women's College, Varuna


  • An E-mail ID for registration and for receiving the information till the admission process is over.
  • Access to facilities of computer with internet connectivity, B/W printer and scanner.
  • A recent passport sized colour photograph (It should be Scanned at 72 DPI with max. file size of 50KB).
  • Your signature using Blue/Black pen on white sheet (It should be Scanned at 72 DPI with max. file size of 50KB).
  • You will be able to print a Allahabad Bank Challan after completing the registration process in the Entrance Test application system for submitting the entrance fees in any branch of the Allahabad Bank .
  • All applicants should note, that: No document is required to be submitted along with the application form submitted online
  • Original certificates issued by competent authority supporting your filled in details will be asked from you ONLY at the time of admission. If data provided in the online application is not supported by appropriate documents then your application / claim for admission shall be summarily rejected.

Steps to be followed

  • Apply Online Admission 2019
  • Select the entrance test you want to apply for as Online Admission 2019
  • After reading the checklist click on the box for ‘I am ready’ and press the proceed button.
  • You get a ‘Basic Registration Form’, here all the fields marked with ‘*’ are mandatory.
    • Fill your email id where all the further correspondence will be done.
    • Select the course in which you seek the admission.
    • Further you will have to fill your name, DOB, Gender, Father’s name, Mother’s name, Mobile no. and category.
    • Mobile no. should be without any prefix like + or 91 or 0.
    • Check the box for ‘I confirm. Information given above is true’ and then press the ‘Proceed’ button.
    • Now you get one more chance to check that the entry done by you is correct, if it is correct you press ‘Confirm and Save’ if not you can go to ‘Edit’ do the changes and then save the changes.
  • Now you can print the registration information and Print your Challan to submit your entrance test fees.
  • There is a button to complete the rest form.
  • If you wish you can complete the rest of the form at the stretch or you can login again using the username and the password given on this screen and also sent on your registered mail id, to complete the detailed form.
  • Fill the detailed form as per the fields given and upload your picture and signature here.
  • Submit the form and then confirm and save if all the entries are correct.
  • When you deposit the entrance test fees then only your Admit card containing your Roll no. will be generated.
  • So after 24 hrs. of depositing the fees in the bank you can login to get you Admit card print out through this online facility.
